U.S. Rep. Bill Johnson, c, a Marietta Republican who represents Ohio's 6th District -- which includes Eastern and Southeastern Ohio -- talks with veteran Bill Lanning during Tuesday's Veterans Expo at Robert T. Secrest VFW Post 2901 in Cambridge. The congressman was on hand to recognize area veterans and answer questions they may have. Johnson himself is a U.S. Air Force veteran, serving 26 years and retiring as a lieutenant colonel. While here, he talked about problems with the Veterans Administration and how it needs to be reformed. The event itself was sponsored by Guernsey County Veterans Commission. There were several other veteran services offices represented to help answer questions and assist veterans. Also pictured is Melba Hughes.
